House rules
Before you arrive
To keep our cats happy, healthy and stress-free.

We welcome guests of all ages! Children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.2
Hand sanitisation is required before entering the cat area. Our staff will assist you.3
Handle cats gently. Do not carry, lift or chase them without staff assistance.4
No outside food or drinks permitted in the cat area.5
Arrive on time — slots are released to walk-in guests after a 10-minute grace period.Every cat here was once a stray. We believe in Adopt, Don't Shop — and hope that spending time with our rescued cats inspires more people to open their homes to ex-strays. Ask our staff about supporting local shelters.
